Pro-Care is a locally owned and operated company that’s been serving Middle Tennessee since 1995. We have an OUTSTANDING culture! This position is Monday through Friday from 8:00-4:30. The office is not open on weekends or Holidays.

General Job Description

To give exceptional service to Pro-Care clients and to adhere to job duties and company policies. The Inside Sales Representative will answer phones, book jobs and estimates as well as administrative duties and other related services for Pro-Care clients in a polite, professional, efficient and thorough manner. There may be other duties added to this list at a later time.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be Happy!
  • Answer Phones
  • Book jobs, estimates, and various appointments
  • Participate in company meetings.
  • Laundry (Spotting Towels)
  • Greet walk-in clients
  • Assist with follow-up and confirmation calls
  • Check voice mail and return calls
  • Check and respond to email
  • Go to post office, bank, and run various office errands as needed
  • Generate and assemble marketing materials and internal-use forms
  • Represent the company consistently in positive terms.

Compensation

$18.00 per hour (time and a half for overtime).
Increase in compensation based on review at 90 days.
Increase in compensation based on annual review.
10% commission of any referrals acquired while on personal time.

Qualifications

Technician (Textile & Hard Surface Care)

General Job Description

The Mission is to provide the most outstanding service experience ever! Technicians are trained in house and through schooling, which the company pays for, to perform the following. Carpet, rugs & upholstery cleaning, hard surface cleaning, applying fiber and fabric protection, and other related services to Pro-Care clients in a polite, professional, efficient, and thorough manner.

Compensation When Starting (It Only Goes Up from Here)

Assistant Technician compensation when starting is $18.00 an hour.
We start here because it takes a good 60-90 days to learn the basics of our trade. Compensation only increases from here!

Assistant Technician

Upon your hire date, you will have 60-90 days of on-the-job training, classroom training and certification school to become a Basic Technician: (At this point there is an increase in pay that will average $18.00 – 23.00 an hour) It is a combination of hourly plus commission plus overtime, if worked, as follows:

$10.50 per hour. (Time and a half for overtime)
4% of gross booked jobs on your truck
8% of up-sells on your truck
This Averages between $18.00 – 23.00 an hour

Lead Technician

Once you have 2-4 months’ experience as a Basic Technician you will be trained to lead a crew which has a pay increase. A Lead Technician can average between $25.00 – $35.00 an hour depending on sales for the week.

$8.50 per hour. (Time and a half for overtime)
6-9% of gross booked jobs on your truck.
15-23% of up-sells on your truck.
This can average between $25 -35.00 an hour.

A veteran or lead technician on average earns $60,000.00 a year working 40-44 hours a week.
