Begin by clearing away loose personal belongings. Removing clothing, toys, electronics, etc will insure our service is efficient. Please secure all breakables and remove small furnishings – dining room chairs, ottomans, floor lamps, plants or accent tables – off your rugs and away from any upholstery to be serviced.
Remember Pro-Care techs cannot move computer equipment, china cabinets, sectional sofas, entertainment centers, antique or fragile furniture. However, where sufficient room is available, we can clean underneath such items, in the case of rug-cleaning or we can edge closely around the base of the largest pieces.

Please plan to be on site at the beginning of your cleaning appointment. That way, you can examine your furnishings with the technicians before work begins. The pre-inspection will give you the chance to call attention to areas which may require special cleaning.
